By visiting, accessing, or utilizing the interactive textile studios at https://www.artexd.in (the "Service"), operated by Roma Textile Art (ARTEXD / ARTEXDES), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

02. Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice

Visitors may preview our master collection for inspirational and evaluation purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, print, or manufacture commercial apparel, textiles, or merchandise using our artworks without an active, executed Licensing Agreement.
• Scrape, index, or harvest high-resolution print files using automated web crawlers or AI scraper bots for training generative models without explicit written consent.
• Claim authorship or re-upload our artworks to third-party stock agencies, print-on-demand marketplaces, or digital asset platforms.

03. Commercial Textile Licensing Terms

Commercial production rights for fashion collections, resort apparel, swimwear, silk scarves, and home furnishings are granted through individual licensing agreements or via our official verified Shutterstock portfolio:

• Exclusive Runway Licensing: Full worldwide exclusivity for specific print repeats across designated fashion seasons.
• Non-Exclusive Commercial Licensing: Standard production licensing for private labels and boutique apparel runs.
• High-Resolution Master Delivery: Licensed artworks are delivered in native uncompressed 300 DPI PSD/TIFF format with seamless tile coordinates up to 4500×4500px.

04. Interactive Studio Usage & Client Privacy

Our atelier provides interactive design utilities including the 2-Design Fusion Engine, Color Wheel Pro, and 3D Shirt Drape Studio:

• Clients may upload their own reference pattern files to test garment drapery and colorway harmonies.
• All file transformations execute 100% locally on the user's client hardware. We do not retain or claim rights to any proprietary pattern you upload for client-side preview.
• Users agree not to upload harmful code, defamatory material, or copyrighted files for which they lack appropriate authorization.
